Experience:
3+ years in information security, IT audit, or risk management.
Standards and Frameworks:
ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA.
Technical Stack:
Knowledge of network technologies, access control systems, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, antivirus solutions, and encryption tools.
Risk Management:
Experience in risk assessment, security audits, and penetration testing (PenTest).
Policies and Procedures:
Development and implementation of corporate security policies and incident response plans.
Team Management:
Experience leading a team of security specialists and coordinating with other departments.
Communication:
Ability to present security issues to management and train employees.
