We are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst who will analyze user behavior, marketing channels, and campaign performance. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams, providing strategic recommendations for growth.
Work Experience:
1.5–2+ years as a Marketing Analyst, Digital Analyst, or Performance Analyst.
Analytics Tools:
Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Marketing Channels:
Understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, email, and content marketing principles.
SQL:
Ability to write queries for processing large volumes of data.
Attribution:
Knowledge of attribution models, funnels, cohort analysis, and multi-channel paths.
Visualization Skills:
Ability to create informative dashboards and reports for management.
English:
Upper-Intermediate or higher — for communication with the US team.
Marketing Channel Analysis:
Evaluating traffic performance, ROI, CR, CPA, LTV.
Data Handling:
Collecting, structuring, and cleaning data from various sources.
Dashboard Creation:
Automating reporting in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
Optimization Recommendations:
Identifying growth opportunities, weak channels, and improvement suggestions.
User Behavior Analysis:
Studying user paths, funnels, segments, and behavior patterns.
Marketing Campaign Support:
Participating in planning, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
