We are currently looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who will be responsible for test automation, product quality, and the stability of our services. You will work closely with software engineers, participate in architecture design, implement modern testing tools, and influence product quality at all stages of the SDLC.
Work Experience:
2+ years as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, or Software Engineer with a focus on testing.
Languages & Tech Stack:
Strong knowledge of Java or Python (writing clean, maintainable code).
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
CI/CD:
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
API:
Deep understanding of REST API; experience with Postman, Swagger, pytest, JUnit.
Test Architecture:
Understanding of scalable test automation architecture principles.
Databases:
Ability to work with SQL (writing queries for data validation).
Development and maintenance of automated tests (UI, API, Integration).
Maintaining test documentation: test cases, scenarios, reports.
Integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Log analysis, monitoring, and root-cause investigation.
Collaboration with the development team to improve product quality.
Participation in release planning and enhancement of QA processes.
Critical and systemic thinking.
Strong communication skills in cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail.
Proactivity in solving technical issues.
Ability to view the product not only “as a tester,” but also as an engineer.
